Q. How do I access 123racing.com contests?
A. Click on the contest icons on the Home page or My Home page once logged in. They can also be accessed from the country menus on the left-hand side of the Home page.
Q. Can more than one person use the same email address?
A. No. You can no longer register two people under the same email address. Those existing users can continue to operate as such, however a user cannot have 2 accounts in their own name on the one address.
Q. Can I change my profile details?
A. Yes. If you go to "My Home" then "Profile" you will be able to update your profile details.
Q. I have forgotten my password. Can I retrieve my password?
A. Yes. If you click on the lost password link on the home page you will be able to get your password e-mailed to you by suppling your e-mail address.
CONTESTS
Q. How do I enter a contest?
A. If any contests are displayed below the "Closing Soon" title on the homepage you will be able to enter it. Once you have selected a contest, you will see the selections for the first Race. After you make a selection you will automatically be taken to the next race. Once you have made a selection in every race select the finish button to submit your picks. If you have not already logged in you will be asked to login or register before submitting your picks.
Q. Can I change my picks?
A. Yes. You can change your picks as many times as you like up until the start time of the first race.
RESULTS
Q. How do I win game points?
A. Your score depends on how your picks finish in each race. Points are allocated 3 points for first, 2 points for second, 1 point for third, with bonus points awarded based on the official tote result for an imaginary dollar each way for a win and a place.
Q. What is the latest I can get my picks in for a contest?
A. You can get your picks in right up until a minute prior to the start of the first race of the contest.
Q. How do I know my results?
A. Your results will be emailed to you on completion of the contest. You can also view your results by logging onto 123racing.com then select the contest you competed in from the home page and select results. The results page has a menu of archived result that you can choose from.
Q. When are the results updated?
A. The results are updated as the contest is "In Running". Expect a delay of approximately 10 - 15 minutes after each race.
FRIENDS & LEADERBOARD
Q. Can I see my friends picks?
A. Yes. You can see your friends picks after the contest goes "In Running"
Q. How can I see my friends scores?
A. To see your friends score you will first need to be logged in. Select a contest then the results link from the home page that you know your friend has competed in. On the leader board you will be able to see a list of your friends in the "My Friends" panel.
Q. How do I win points on the Weekly leader board?
A. Your points accumulate on every contest you enter during a weekly period.
MISCELLANEOUS
Q. Can I enter contests in other countries?
A. Yes. You can enter every contest that is hosted on 123racing.com.
Q. Can I see competitor's picks while a contest is In Running?
A. Yes. If you click on a competitor in a leader board once the comp is in-running you will be able to view their picks for that contest.
