These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Contest Notices (as defined below) are the Contest Rules ("Rules") and apply to Contests included on the www.123racing.com website ("Contest"), unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

Employees of Racingworld Technology Limited or any company involved in the Contest or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Contest. Racingworld Technology Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

Racingworld Technology Limited cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of accepting any prize. Racingworld Technology Limited is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest. Nothing shall exclude Racingworld Technology Limited’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

New Zealand Only Contests

• You need to be at least 18 years of age and over to enter.

• The Contest is open to any resident of any country providing that it is legal for that person to enter in their own ountry, state or jurisdiction.

• Terms and Conditions of the Contest may be changed at any time at the discretion of Racingworld Technology Limited and any of it’s associated companies and partners.

• Registration is for a single user only. Upon registration you must nominate a player name and password.

• any offensive words or word strings will not be allowed.

• your password must be kept confidential at all times.

• picks must be selected by the account holder only.

• Only one user per e-mail address.

• The only real money value will be the prize if a cash prize is being offered and you happen to be one of the winners.

• Payment of money prizes will be made via direct credit into your bank account or via PayPal or other agreed payment arrangemet on confirmation.

• Other non-money prizes or redeemable vouchers will be sent by courier.

• 2 Forms of ID must be provided that match your details under your profile before payment or prize despatch can be made.

• Any prize not claimed within 21 days of the prize notification e-mail will be forfeited.

• One entry per person. If a person is found to have entered more than once, they will be disqualified and the prize awarded to the next highest scoring entry..

• Picks must be in before the start of Race 1 on the day of Contest.

• In the event of you selecting a scratched horse and not changing your selection or alternatively your selection being late scratched on the night of the meeting you will be allocated the most picked horse in the event based on the 123racing.com Contest entries.

• In the event of a tie for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place the prize will be split in accordance with the rules and regulations.
  Examples:

• If 4 entries tie for 1st, then 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize would be shared between the 4 winners.

• If 1 entry is 1st, the entrant will collect the 1st prize. If 4 entries tie for 2nd, those entrants will share 2nd and 3rd prize between them.

• If 1 entry is 1st, 1 entry is 2nd, 3 entries tie for 3rd, the winning entrant collects the 1st prize. The 2nd place entrant collects the 2nd prize and the 3rd place entrants will share the 3rd prize between them

• You are responsible for your picks being correct as per your e-mailed or printed confirmation. 123racing cannot take responsibility for incomplete entries or entries deemed incorrect by the user without proof.

• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Racingworld Technology Limited and its employees and agents from and against all and any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages and costs of any nature (including legal and own client costs) incurred or suffered and any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened in the Contest and or a breach of these terms.

 Weekly Leaderboard Terms and Conditions for ALL countries - BACK TO TOP

A NZ$250 Cash Prize is awarded on a global cumulative Leaderboard basis, each week. That is, points scored by a user in any contest in any country within a weekly period (starting Sunday, GMT 21:01:00 to the following Sunday, GMT 21:00:00) are tallied over the week. The 3 users with the highest tally at the end of each week will share the prize. The prize will be divided 60% for 1st, 30% for 2nd and 10% for 3rd. Tie rules apply.

The top THREE points scorers receive prizes as follows:

- 1st 150NZ
- 2nd 75NZ
- 3rd 25NZ

In the event of a tie the prizes will be averaged out. e.g. 2 way tie for 1st, prize is $112.50 each (150+75/2), a 4 way tie for 2nd, prize is $25NZ each (75+25/4).

Under no circumstances will entrants who have achieved a score of 0 for the month be eligible for or receive any prize

Prizes of less than $10 will not be paid out, and will instead be added to the total prize pool available for the next month's Monthly Leaderboard contest.   (OR CREDITED TO THE USER'S ACCOUNT - once we have accounts)

Prizes are awarded at the discretion of the 123racing.com administrators, and may be withheld or declared invalid at any time.

Again, proof of age will be required before payment of prizes is made

REFER-A-FRIEND RULES AND REGULATIONS - BACK TO TOP

• A member is eligible for each week's draw when the recipient of an e-mail, sent by the member from the refer-a-friend form, clicks on the link provided in said e-mail, registers AND activates their details with 123racing.com, and enters at least one Contest.
  
  For the purposes of this Contest, a week is defined as beginning Sunday, GMT 21:01:00 and concluding the following Sunday GMT 21:00:00. The weekly draw into which the entry is placed will be determined based on the date and time of the registration step of the process, i.e. when the referred user first registers with 123racing.com.
  
  The prize draw will be held on the Thursday immediately following each week, on or around 16:00:00NZST. All steps required for eligibility must have been completed by this time, or the entry will be voided; i.e. the referred user must have placed their first entry into a 123racing.com Contest by the time the draw is made.
  
  Voided entries will not be carried over to any future refer-a-friend prize draw.

• Only unique email addresses will be accepted when referring a friend.

• Referred users can not already be or have previously been registered as 123racing.com members.

• These weekly Contests are open to ALL new & existing members but note that the winning prize amounts are New Zealand $100 and will be converted to your currency if you are a winner outside of a New Zealand address.

• From time-to-time regional refer-a-friend Contests may be run, where the prize(s) will be paid-out in the local currency.

• Existing members cannot resign and then be re-registered from a refer-a-friend invite email.

• Winners Announced: Winners will be advised weekly via email and announced on the web site.
